Bought Genesis carbon forks, £50 less than anywhere else. Good communications and delivered by TNT, two working days after ordering. Parcel left exactly where I asked them to leave it whilst I was not at home. Would use Soanes cycles again.

A personable and helpful bike shop, delivered my beautiful Canondale Synapse Tiagra on time, partly prepared. Minor issue with the chain but no doubt due to transit issues. The only downside to ordering online. Might be wiser to deliver bike directly to bike shop of choice so they can fit and tighten all the parts to a professional standard. Soanes helped me set the bike up by video call when I had a 'technical issue.':) Best price on the market in these lean bike times. Would highly recommend.
