I ordered this on Wednesday 4th May.It was delivered Friday 6th May.Took me 10 minutes to fit.Car breathing better,and mpg and performance improved.Does exactly what was promised.Can't fault service or product. 10/10.

I ordered a pipercross filter for my Westfield last week after shopping around online - seems cheaper to order directly, and the filter arrived quickly and works well...

Ordered my panel filter on a Friday evening and it was delivered the following Tuesday as promised. Also as promised, I received email updates from order through to delivery.

Peugeot 406 coupe 2.2 HDI. air fIlter is little longer (arround 5mm) than the hole.

Excellent service and delivery. I couldn't order it here in Belgium so I'm glad that they had it in stock. Delivery is even faster then many other companies.

I have purchased two item from this shop, both free next day delivery and all the quality you expect of pipercross. All queries were answered within 2 hours via email

The Filter was packaged and delivered in a professional and timely manner. Product was as described. Can wait to try it out.

They took payment instantly. 8 days later I chased my order to be told the product was out of stock. When the air filter turned up it didn't fit and since learnt they were made aware of a faulty batch of air filters and were continuing to send them out. Unimpressed!

Payed immediately, said they sent the filter, I got an email a few days later and was told it would be 3 weeks, then no contact since, no replies to emails nothing. Never had such poor service but they are quick to take the payment, disgusting. Apparently contacted me next day? strange thing my emails have dates on them, also if they were in contact why did Paypal have to intervene and get no response from piper cross and collect my refund after 7 weeks, guess they got it wrong to?

I was looking for a filter with no need oiling .The arrived PP14949 filter is oiled. I asked for clarification but have not had any feedback. In Germany this filter is sold not oiled. If purchased in the UK arrived oiled. Why do not you know ... Additionally, the filter was slightly longer than the original, and I had some difficulties in the mount Yes, it 's true that in your web site undeclared that your filters are oil free. But when I asked you information by email on how to wash your filter answered me: "Thank you for your email, the filter can be cleaned just using warm soapy water. If you clean your filter this way, it's important to let the filter dry naturally without the use of heat from a radiator etc. Alternatively you can use our cleaning kit (C9000) Which has a filter cleaner and a dirt fluid retention. " I mean for an alternative that it is optional. Instead the instructions require oiling. It 's not an optional. For trouble fitting your filter is about 5 mm more long than original. I can install it but with some difficulty. I also have some pictures but can not publish them.

I recently punched an Air filter from Pipercross, as described it has increased fuel economy so far but still early days. Fitted with no issues & very good quality item. I would recommend this product as so far impressed.

Super fast deliver, no issues with the product, cannot fault pipercross

When fitting this filter, I removed the airbox lid and removed old filter. Tried to fit new filter but would not seat correctly in the airbox and couldn't get the lid clipped back on. I then had to remove the complete airbox and fit the filter and with a lot of pressure got the lid clipped on. Filter design maybe needs checked as it doesn't just slip into place easily.
