The Pipercross air filters are worth the replacement over the standard item. The car instantly breathes better & allows the engine to rev more freely. This is the second product I have purchased, the first one being a venom induction kit for a different car which transformed it at a cost of £125. Fast efficient service & kept up to date about despatch & delivery via email.

I encountered 2 issues: 1) I've used 2 panel filters for BMW M135i and both of them got torn in 3 month! Sent an email at the beginning of Aug and did not receive any response. 2) I've purchased online one more like the above (before I was familiar with the defect) at the beginning of July and yet did not received the Item!.

After reading all the good reviews I decided to book direct with piper cross as apprised to their shops that they supply. Bought a replacement carb sock on the 28/7. Heard nothing for 2 weeks so called up. Was told they are out of stock and will call me straight back to let me know when mine will be coming. Had no phone call so rang 5 days later to be told it's going to be another 10 working days until it arrives. So 1 month since order is placed. I had no emails or call to tell me this was the case and I only found out when I rang up and pestered them. Cancelled order and re ordered through burton power who sent the item out the same day.

I ordered a filter directly from the manufacturer as I thought this would be the easier route. I've been waiting 2 weeks now , can't believe the manufacturer would keep minimum stock levels for every filter.

Very good product. The motor sames to breath free and running better to high rpm. In this moment i' am doing a new order for my other car. I want it for BMW this time. Maybe You are able to riduce the delivery time. Four weeks are too long to italy.

I ordered some stuff from their shop, the confirmation mail and payment happened immediately. The timeline was 5 days for dispatch. 10 days had passed, I wrote mails and so on. No response. Finished with a call - I was transferred 3 times, than I received a promise to have timeline for delivery via mail - well still waiting this mail. This is not how customer is treated!

Ordered and dispatched very quick, customer service is very friendly. The product itself adds a huge effect in just throttle response, very, very pleased customer, would fit in other cars or vehicles, seems better than the paper filters by miles

I ordered a air filter from these guys , on there website it never said it was out of stock so cannot understand why I still don't have it. Therefor it should have been here on a next day delivery. 1.5 weeks later I'm still waiting for it , I have emailed twice which have been ignored. If anyone would like my advice it would be to avoid these guys as its a complete joke of a company.

Ordered air filter for Fabia, website states if item not in stock will be 5days. Now 3days overdue, but real gripe is that they have not bothered to reply on two emails sent to find out when item is due. Least they could have done is acknowledge them! Finally rang the office, polite chap answered, said will chase up, but still no answer back. NOT IMPRESSED!

Placed an order online before the cut off time for next day delivery. Later that evening checked order status and status was showing order received no sign of the order being despatched. Following day contacted customer services to enquire about my order and was told item not in stock and they would check with the manufacturer when item will be back in stock and someone will call me back. Did not receive a call by end of day so contacted them again following day only to be told item on back order and would not be in stock for 3 weeks! I asked for the order to be cancelled and was told refund will be processed in a couple of days. 4 days on and no sign of a refund, checked the online status to see if order was updated to show cancelled but instead it was showing failed. So again contacted customer services and was told order is still live and could not explain the failed status. At no point was I contacted or received any email stating the item was on back order. Worst company I have dealt with in terms of communication , stock availability and refund process. In fact I'm not sure what's happening with my order and seems like pipercross don't know what's happening with my order. Such a same for company that produces probably the best panel filters out there let themselves down with poor communication.
