Ordered a filter on the 7th of may. Got an email saying allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. This passed so rang them to be told they have none in stock so allow 7 to 10 days. This also passed so rang again to be told they would ring me back with a date. They didn't ring so rang again to be told the same. Still didn't ring me back and heard nothing since so waiting till the end of the week before I ring again to cancel my order.

After receiving a confirmation mail stating at most 5 days delivery delay no more news. Send a mail after 9 days to inform where my parcel was, no reply. Send a mail again after another 5 days, no reply so far. This order has been fully payd for and I did not receive the parts and nobody even seems to want to do anything about it. Will never work with them again

They may be okay if what you are ordering is in stock, but otherwise they don't seem to know when they will receive whatever filter you have ordered. They took my money straight away but never said when I should expect delivery. They didnt reply to any emails and weren't much use on the phone. Eventually after 2 weeks and when I rang to get my money back they miraculously dispatched the filter whilst I was on the phone. Poor communication, not replying to customers or giving any indication of knowing when they will receive stock is not really good enough!

Improved tick over, solved uneven running.

The part arrived very quickly, though I have only just installed the filter today. The filter is slightly smaller than the paper filter it has replaced so did not appear to seal correctly; time will tell. Also, there was no indication (nor instructions provided in the packaging) of which way up the filter is supposed to be installed. Logic would dictate the logo be on top, but the sealing rubber edge would then be upside down and may not seal correctly. I therefore installed it logo-side down to ensure a proper seal. If this is incorrect, instructions to the contrary would be helpful.
