Finance one have always made payment rescheduling/increases etc a breeze. They have gone out of their way on 2 seperate occasions when I have thought about refinancing my loan, but I’m a terrible procrastinator and constantly change my mind. I wouldn’t have a problem recommending them to anyone A1 customer service.
