I was very happy with the customer service received over the phone. The lady was very understanding of my situation and did the best to make sure that re-payments were accustomed to my schedule; especially with the whole Covid going around, it really eased my stress! Chanel was amazing... we think Finance one is that good we returned for a second loan with them. Chanel got us pre-approval within 24 hours so we had an idea of what we could borrow. Once we found the caravan we wanted, settlement was super fast. she even got us a great interest rate and Answered all of our questions promptly.

Overall the service was exactly what I wanted, my biggest gripe is the automatic reply to every single email that I send. I understand having one to my first, initial contact, but once I have a thread going with a representative and we a conversing back and forth, an automated email after every message is quite annoying. But I am a little bit pedantic and easily annoyed by things that really shouldn’t

My call this morning was to get an estimate on what is owing. Renee who took my call answered my questions, gave options and also checked if I wanted something sent to my email. They have helped me out when I needed a loan even with bad credit, I paid a large "risk fee" fair enough with my bad credit.. i never missed a payment and I had my car involved in an accident that wrote off the car a year and a half into the loan. I needed a replacement car and got a loan again, still had to pay a risk fee again, I don't know why when i had good history with them & this current loan is stupid high interest just like the other loan, yet there's no record at all on my credit file of me actually paying theses loans. Unless you really need a loan it's not really worth it in my opinion.
