This was the most hassle free transaction I've ever had with a brokerage company. Everything was clear and straightforward and the Clearit agent was there to answer any questions I had. I've paid brokerage fees that were double what Clearit charged me for shipments that were half as valuable. Completely satisfied with the service.

Super simple. Better than expected. I am no longer intimated to import in Canada.

They charged me but did not actually have the package released, and now no one responds, and there is no person available on the phone, looks like a scam company. If we do not get the correct adjustment will have to try and have the charges reversed.

Quickly cleared the border!

Overall quite satisfied with the service. My complaint would be with the billing. The online advertizing leads you to believe the cost for a single pallet would be in the $25 range. The actual cost was $75. Then they threw in a $56 "Distribution" charge. So my expected $25 cost turned into $131. My fault for not understanding all the fine print or just an example of bad faith advertizing?

I Imports material every two or three months from the USA and ever since I’ve signed up with Clearit.ca it’s been hassle free It crosses the border quick and easy I don’t even have to look into it anymore They just clear it send my receipt to me it’s great
