Originally purchased a hunter green robe and was sent a white robe. I contacted customer service and was given a return label to send the incorrect item back. I returned it the next day. It took 2 1/2 weeks and seven (&) emails, which no one responded until the last email when I threatened to contact BBB. The man name Carlos stated to me that the robe was shipped and provided a tracking number. I checked with UPS and discovered they shipped the item the day before my last (#7) email. Poor customer service, they never respond timely and have no manners in their responses.

We slept on these sheets at a five star boutique hotel 4 years ago and just had to have our own for home. I goggled the brand and immediately ordered our first set. We’ve tossed all our others and recently decided we needed another set. When the king size was unavailable for several months, we checked the website weekly and as soon as they were available, we ordered!!!!!!

I ordered two monogrammed robes. They are exactly what I was looking for - luxurious robes that one finds in five star hotels. I had some trouble with UPS and Carlo Rivas at Monarch Cypress was willing to go above and beyond to get my order to me despite UPS failure in customer service. I highly recommend this company and their products.

The robe is classic quality. I am so grateful I finally found the robe I was holding out for. I knew it existing outside of my mind! I guess I finally did the right google search? It is gorgeous, the design, the material, the construction, the fit. I also appreciate how lovely it was packaged inside the shipping box.

My clients loved these! I was thrilled with the quality of the robes and the monogramming. I ordered 2 charcoal robes with red monograms for first names. My new homeowners (I'm a Realtor) have a spa and these seemed ideal for them. They are! Turns out they didn't have robes and they will use them a lot. They feel great. No idea how they wash since they're a gift. They were packaged inside a nice black 'cloth' envelope. Would have been even better if each robe was packaged in it's own envelope - in case these weren't being given to people who knew each other. 5 stars for everything else! I'll order again!

While I love the garments, the customer service leaves something to be desired. I ordered a gown, was told the size wasn't available. So I ordered the next size up, (note that the computer still said the size I ordered was available). I was told the original order had been cancelled, so I would have to resubmit. I resubmitted but the order took several weeks to be processed and the garment to be sent. Needless to say, I placed my order beginning of December and it did not arrive in time for my Mom's visit in early January. So she still doesn't have it. Oh well.

sent a robe to a friend for bday...monogrammed it, she sent me a picture of herself with it on, waffle robe was fine, but monogram was wrong color, and beyond tiny...in fact was hardly visible!!!! they are sending her a new robe, with the color i selected....but question the quality of the embroidery co. and that should be as important as your product.... i was in that business....i would loose clients if i used embroidery like you use!!!!!!

It was a 5 star experience. I found this robe in a doctor's office. Photographed the label and ordered the item when I returned home. Will probably order another one for the beach.
