I have ordered over the past five years at least seven Terry velour shower/ spa robes . I have never once been disappointed. The only thing I would want improved if I could have it would be color choice. My robes have only come in white. Otherwise, price and quality are excellent

This is the 3rd robe I purchased for my husband over about a 10+ year period. He loves the robes because they have a hood and are very warm and absorbent. The robe is made of heavy terry/cotton with a soft velour finish. I shopped at stores and if I could even find a hooded terry robe, it was of very poor quality compared to the Monarch Cypress robes. It's definitely worth the money.

The microfiber fabric is a great weight for all seasons and really soft. The embroidery was perfect!

I have bought many robes from Monarch for my wife and me. The quality is excellent. This is the only time something was wrong, albeit minor. On my robe a piece of what looked like dryer sheet was on the back of the monogram, couldn't pull it off and required removal by scissors--I couldn't get all of it but is not causing any problems. QC must have missed it.

The quality of the robe ordered was excellent. There was a hiccup in the monogram but Monarch took care of it immediately. I’m very pleased with not only the product but the service provided.
