I gave still not gotten my order for non initialized robe and 1set king sheets. Order went in at 7pm Sunday, October 6, 2019. Still, Oct. 23, 2019 have not received this order. Very saddened. Not understanding why as order was confirmed.

Last week I went to Stephanie’s in to spend my birthday weekend. I slept on your sheets and absolutely fell in love with them. I had to have them so I bought them as soon as I got home. Well let’s say hubby bought them for me!

I had my mammogram. They had waffle weave robes to wear instead of those awful paper tops. The robe was so comfortable and actually fit me (a large person). I came home, went on line & ordered one for myself. I love it. It was delivered quickly. Please keep them available.

So comfortable and warm

I first discovered Monarch Cypress robes at a spa in Seven Springs PA. I recently opened a rental for traveling nurses who require temporary housing. I ordered several of the overstocked robes for an excellent price and offer as one of the perks, the robe to take with them. I so appreciate the work that nurses do and if I can give them a little pampering while they are here, and a remembrance to take with them, I feel as though I've done my part to support those that take care of us. Used one of these on a very nice hotel - loved it. Since it was time to replace my washcloths, I went on-line and ordered some - using them now and am very pleased.

Excellent product and excellent service. I had ordered a robe for my wife, but when it arrived I wasn’t sure It was the model or size I had intended (I was trying to duplicate one that I had seen during a hotel stay). I sent a question via the Contact Us page on the MC webpage. My usual experience communicating with a company via their Contact Us is that 75% of the time I never even get a response. But in this case there was a reply within a couple hours from Carlo, helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. He had checked to confirm that my robe was the same one our hotel used and offered to set up an exchange for different size. However, by that time I had tried on the robe myself and liked it so much I decided to keep it for myself and ordered a second one for her! MC might be a big company but this was thoughtful, personal service. Thank you!

This is my second time ordering from Monarch Cypress. This was a monogrammed wedding gift order. Everything was great, especially the speed of delivery. Suggestion: please place a size option with online order. Ordered one size and later realized I should have ordered a larger size for the groom.

The robes are amazing. Service is outstanding. I have seen robes purchased by other vendors and not impressed. Highly recommend these if you are looking for high quality for your lodging. We have also washed these over and over and they have held up beautifully.

I gave a fabulous spa robe to my wonderful son-in-law for his birthday. He absolutely loved it! He said it’s very high quality material and extremely soft and cozy. Best gift ever!!!
