The item was ‘as advertised ‘ and it arrived when promised This is the 4th terry velour kimono style bathrobe I’ve bought and it’s by far the highest quality of them all, even the 2 that were purchased at a 4 diamond resort.! I was hesitant to buy it sight unseen because I wanted a good weight robe, but I have no regrets ! This robe is so soft, like velvet almost and it’s also a very substantial weight I also love the length . The other 3 robes hit just below the knee but this one is longer and will be much warmer in the chillier months. I’m 5’4 3/4” and It hits me about 6” above the ankle bone, nice and cozy. Another bonus is that the shoulder seams are reinforced, being stitched again about an inch or so away from the original seam which looks attractive and makes the robe more durable I highly recommend this company, you definitely get what you pay for in my opinion.

This is the sixth robe I have ordered, five of them gifts for other people. They have all been big hits. The most comfortable robe I have ever owned!

Robe is uncomfortable due to fabric. Seemed like a good idea for travel robe but fabric is hot and does not absorb moisture from shower. No stretchiness in fabric either

I ordered the bath towels and I think the price is fair considering they come in pairs of two and the quality is exceptional. They don’t shed like crazy in the dryer, they dry fast and they don’t leave lint on my skin after a shower. I’ve gone through so many towels from high end to drugstore prices. I wish shipping was free cuz I ordered towels multiple times. But, overall best towels for everyday use and for guests.

I purchased two white robes with my husband and my name embroidered on them as an anniversary present. (2nd anniversary..cotton) I was extremely pleased with the quality, and the service. Love their product, but their customer service is weak. They seem to have only one guy manning the phones, and their hours of operation are very short. Seems like a very unprofessional company with a good product. Also did not care for their return/exchange policies.

I can say the quality is superb! They are very well made robes! I am sure my bridesmaids gonna love them! I like the fabric and stitches. Also, the staff was so polite to let me know that some of the monogram i asked was not possible (some of my friends have more than 3 initials) , but they made a very good job in doing it in other style, not monogram, but anyways same colors like i wanted, same letters. They are just awesome !
