We have been using this storage Company for about 3 years. They are so efficient and professional. They keep their appointments organized in a very timely manner. It took us 2 tries with really inferior storage companies but finally located Boxie 24!

Sehr teuer und unfassbar schlechter Service! Extra Gebühren von 15 Euro jedes Mal wenn man an sein Lager möchte. Bei Auflösung des Lagers werden 15 Euro PRO QM für die Selbstabholung fällig!!!! Lagermitarbeiter gehen nicht gut mit den eingelagerten Waren um, Servicemitarbeiter am Telefon sehr frech und teilweise ausfallend, abgesehen von elend langen Wartezeiten an der Telefonhotline. Ein schlecht geführtes, großes Unternehmen, bei dem Masse statt Klasse im Vordergrund steht und Service ganz klein geschrieben wird! Ich kann jedes andere Lagerunternehmen eher empfehlen als Boxie24 !

Easy to order online. Quick response. We hired moving boxes for own use. The boxes were delivered on agreed upon date and picked up gain afterwards. The price for hiring, delivery and pickup in more than OK.

Möbel wurde innerhalb der vereinbarten Abholzeit abgeholt. Verlief alles problemlos.

My experience with Boxie 24 is extremely positive as I was able to do my moving in 1 day, alone and stress-free. The free delivery service is a life changer and honestly saved me time, money and stress from taking all my things to the storage room my self. Really friendly staff and always there to help and extremely strait forward.

Wij waren genoodzaakt om tijdelijk elders te gaan wonen in verband met de verkoop van ons huis en de oplevering van ons nieuw gekochte appartement vond pas over 5 maanden plaats. We moesten dus de inboedel tijdelijk opslaan. Na een bezoekje aan de website leek het me een goede keuze qua prijs en service. Ik heb telefonisch contact gehad over benodigde oppervlakte. Ik kon hiet niet zo goed inschatten maar het advies was 10 m2 en als ik meer nodig had zouden ze dat aanpassen. De spullen zijn op de afgesproken datum opgehaald door hele vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuizers. De spullen zijn 5 maanden later terug gebracht op het nieuwe adres. De verhuizers waren weer zeer behulpzaam en hebben onze spullen voorzichtig naar de berging en ons appartement gebracht. Wat we goed hadden ingepakt was zonder schade. Een kast was beschadigd maar die hadden we niet goed ingepakt. De communicatie verliep goed en als ik vragen had kon ik bellen en kreeg adequate antwoorden.

Great experience with Boxie24 I was searching cartoon boxes and was thinking how to dispose all those boxes after moving. By chance i found Boxie while googling. Renting a reusable boxes for a month make really sense even within the same budget. And very satisfied with the company and the staff.

Verbrecher und Betrüger. Während der Einlagerung meines Mobiliars sind gegen verschwunden und nur zum Teil wieder aufgetaucht. Das Unternehmen fühlt sich hier nicht mehr zuständig. Die Sache liegt bei der Staatsanwaltschaft. Ich kann nur davon abraten bei diesem Unternehmen etwas einzulagern.
