Excellent and fast service, but we woke up at 9am and waited until 7pm. It is understandable since there were difficulties with another pickup, but a specific pickup time instead of a window from 9am to 6pm would be more practical for the customer.

Boxie24 is een groot deel van onze spullen kwijtgeraakt. Onze spullen hebben meer dan 1 jaar bij hen in de opslag gestaan en toen ze het terug kwamen brengen ontbrak een deel van de spullen. Nu willen ze er bijna niets voor compenseren, terwijl wij dit allemaal opnieuw moeten kopen. Ik zou boxie24 niet aanbevelen.

Boxie sicherte bei Auftragsannahme die Rücklieferung an eine neue -mitgeteilte- Wohnanschrift zu. Als der Bedarf entstand, lehnte man das ab und verwies darauf, die Auftragsbestätigung sei kein Vertrag. Im Zeitraum wurden die Preise einseitig mehrfach erhöht, zum Abschluss verlangte man neben den Rücklieferungskosten (die erstattet wurden) noch separat eine Auslagerungsgebühr. Auch bei der Terminierung der Abholung bestand kein Entgegenkommen. Die eingelagerten Gegenstände waren extrem verdreckt.

Worst company ever. They promised that I could arrange the delivery with the driver into the second floor and pay them directly. Driver came told me they were going to help just got back in the truck and left. When calling boxy they said they never arrange that (even though call had been recorded) they told me its my pr9blem. I am 5 months pregnant and all my things are on the street. Is this a good service???

The employees were incredibly clear and helpful with any information I needed regarding the process. They were also extremely punctual and polite - would definitely recommend to anyone who needs storage in the Netherlands!

I was moving from Tallinn to Munich and needed some place to store my household items. I arranged a delivery to the Boxie24 warehouse and everything happend even without my presence. Warehouse workers are very responsive and eager to help. I was getting replys for all of my quesions within a day or typically earlier. Definetly recommend!

Excellent communication and assistance. Managed to secure storage, and have my items picked up and brought to storage while I was ~7500km away in Canada. Best price, too.
