Late pickup, bad communication, they charge you EUR15 just if you want to go there to access your own goods. And you can only access by giving them notice and its only on weekdays between 9-15h. The warehouse is 1.5hrs outside of Munich.

Boxie24 Storage is a great moving service especially for students who need a quick and efficient form of storage for their luggage. The procedure is very simple and takes a few minutes to setup. The staff were very friendly and overall I had a good expierence with them. However, their responses were slow and sometimes they took a while getting back to me. Otherwise, I would highly recommend and would definately use them going in the future too.

Easy & Reliable I have used their storage services twice as a student and am pleasantly pleased. Customer service is excellent. The pick-up and drop-off is easy. Just make sure to have enough money in your account and not miss any payments as you will be charged extra.

Von Bestellung über Abholung bis Rücklieferung sehr professionell und zuverlässig. Habe schon das zweite Mal angemietet und werde es in Zukunft jederzeit wieder tun wenn ich es brauche. Vielen Dank!

Super Service good communicaction

VORSICHT!!!! Über 13 Monate hinweg wurden die Lagerungskosten mehrfach angehoben ohne, dass dies kommuniziert wurde. Auch die Rücklieferungskosten sollten 150 EUR über den initial vereinbarten liegen. Auf Nachfrage wurden die zuviel eingezogenen Beträge erstattet. Die Rücklieferung war unvollständig. Ca 1/3 fehlte. Es wurde kein ordnungsgemäßes Protokoll von Boxie24 geführt. Nach über 20 E-Mails und unzähligen Telefonaten weigert sich Boxie24, Schadensersatz für den Verlust zu zahlen. Wird wohl vor Gericht enden...
