I feel as if you sent way too many emails regarding this one purchase. You also sent me numerous emails regarding sales. I feel that the emails were excessive. I was slightly disappointed with the product I purchased. The sales pictures showed a shiny and well defined product. The earrings I received were not as shiny andthe byzantine threads look sloppy. I intend on keeping the product simply because the price is reasonable. I’m not sure I will purchase anything in the future.

Bracelet is exactly as pictured and I love it. The only critism I have is although I used the sizing instructions, it's way too big, also the clasp is very difficult to do up. I'll be exchanging it for a smaller size

Easy to use website, and my item is gorgeous. Ross-Simons is always my go to for quality and price for jewelry. I purchase the Baccarat ornament every year.

I expected a little nicer packaging for quality jewelry like this. The little plastic bags the jewelry comes in with a bar code on the bag looks so cheap. Plus each item was a gift and there are no gift receipts. Very disappointing. Ross Simon responds that the packaging is not meant to look nice for a gift and they didn’t give gift receipts because they only do that for items shipped to a different address. Again, Ross Simons is being tone deaf to what its customers want. That’s not good business.
