Worst jewelry ever! And customer service was terrible. I ordered a diamond bar ring. It came in the mail and I wore it for a total of 2 hours and took it off. It was bent and out of shape. The metal was so thin and bendable Terrible quality. I would never buy from this company again

Ross Simons never disappoints

The tennis bracelet was pretty. It didn’t look like a 5 caret braclet plus it was too big for my wrist. I sent it back today.

I ordered a 3 caret diamond tennis bracelet for my wife for our 57th anniversary. The clasp would not close and the bracelet was too large. She was beyond disappointed. So we are now waiting for UPS to return the bracelet for a refund. Sad

My only complaint is i couldn't wear it the second i bought it!😂

The earrings are beautiful as advertised but the post is way too large for my ears I have short hair and small ears the large posts were very visible, the result not attractive. I returned the earrings by priority mail as instructed by customer service rep, who was very pleasant and helpful. I have since received notice from Ross Simmons that the total cost of my purchase has been refunded to my credit card. I certainly will be happy and confident to make further purchases with Ross Simmons.

The bracelet I purchased seems to have a very unreliable clasp. Byzantine (sterling) w/gold plated heart clasp. It is very disappointing. This is the first piece from Ross-Simons that I can say that quality control overlooked the durability of the clasp. That’s the reason for a rating of 4.

I love the innovative gemstones that are used in unique ways. The packaging is elegant too.

I appreciate that I got a white gold ring for a very good price and it wasn't ridiculously small. Sometimes it's hard to tell online, but this image was accurate. It is a daily wear ring for me!

Received just fine, but was disappointed in how the chain was misrepresented from the way it looked in the photo to the actual item. The charm was fine, but the chain was much too thin. Since I am a survivor of two bouts of breast cancer, I was hoping this would have worked
