I ordered a custom photo bolo bracelet of my mom's cat for her birthday. The first one had a piece of metal stuck under the acrylic layer, so I had to return it. Customer service was very courteous and provided free shipping, but I didn't have the replacement in time for her birthday. The second bracelet is fine, but I wish the photo was brighter & would lighten my photo next time for a better result.
