Wrong size of bracelet

The ordering experience was extremely easy, and the package arrived promptly and was well wrapped. My only issue with the transaction, a small one, is that the box was slightly ripped on the bottom, making it a little less appealing as a gift. Other than that, my first experience with Ross Simons was very positive.

The items appear beautiful and of high quality in the catalog. However, the items that I received were cheap looking and flimsy. The quality of Ross-Simons jewelry has definitely declined recently.
