To Whom It May Concern: I have purchased (3) items from this store, needless to say, the "gold" on (2) of the items was not gold....I was wearing them and they got wet.....they started turning green. Yes, you read this here...GREEN! I also bought a coin pendent that was supposedly "gold"....the coin faded out to a dull brassy color....I decided right and then, I would never buy from this company again...they se poor quality product.....even though, I bought these items in 2018 and still have them.....I show them to my friends to let them know of the "craftiness" of this store...all they want is to give you a piece of trash and take your money. Don't be fooled by this company....they are HORRIBLE!!! I. Guerra

Recently, I began patronizing Ross Simons - slightly better quality for everyday casual jewelry than Amazon fall-apart crap. I have written of Ross Simon’. Photo measurement size misrepresentation. However, now I am pissed that availability of items are BOT noted on purchase & cancellations are not honored. A solid month for rings to MAYBE be in February and the ring to a set MAYBE in MARCH! None of this is advised before IR during purchasing process! And don’t bother trying to cance - cannot do because almost all their items are NOT at Ross Simons warehouses, they are coming from zOTHER sources.but NoNE of this is indicated at purchase-time. At least, Amazon is pretty clear on whether in their own warehouse or shipping from another source & indicates arrival date. As far as I can gauge: Toss Dimons is BAD BUSINESs. A friend contacted Better Bysiness Bureay: LIADS of complaints! I passing on this source from here-on!

Placed an a few days before Christmas and got delivery in time to get it under the tree.

WARNING DO Not purchase anything from this company!! Returned a pair of earrings a mth ago still waiting for refund (and yes I was notified 3 weeks ago the return was complete). Ordered a bracelet 2 weeks ago it’s still sitting somewhere 🤷‍♀️ but do you think I can cancel NO. They want your money then and there but to get it back not soo much. And their customer service SUCKS.

I loved my bracelet and purchased another for my friend at the same time, but mine broke after wearing it for a week. I am so upset that I spent this much money on something that broke so quickly.

I ordered 14k CZ earrings and they seem great. The backs are small and do not hold up the earring on my ear so I had to add “super” backs so they are just fine now. Hoping they will be a go to earring for a long time to come.
