Well I ordered three things and two of them held up the one that I needed right away. For almost two months. If there is gonna be that much of a delay they shouldn’t hold up half the order and reach out to the client and discuss options. The pieces that were holding up the order were small inexpensive pieces that would be good to keep in stock.

Service department replied to me quickly after I emailed them with my question as to a replacement part for my BBQ. They provided the correct temperature gauge that I needed and it was delivered promptly.

I needed a very tiny part - a little spring that holds the roasting bar in place. It cost less than $1. Without this tiny part, the roasting bar is unstable. I ordered it from BBQing, and it arrived soon afterward. I'm amazed that BBQing can and will deliver such a tiny part, exactly as advertised. Well done!

Sadly someone used packing tape to bundle the 2 spices together but then they pulled off the spice labels so now I can’t gift one of them
