It was so hard to find this particular part for my smoker and they were so helpful in locating it and shipping it to me nice and fast! They even called when they thought it would be late (which it wasn’t)! Old school customer service. I love it!

With few options (local ones in particular) for my Masterbuilt gravity series, I was happy to find 2 key items at a very reasonable cost. The additional shipping charge didn’t phase me as I’m in Alberta. One item listed wasn’t immediately available but the communication was great, I just had to be a bit patient.

We are frequent customers of bbqing.com. Ordering and delivery has been excellent in the past, however, this order was a little bit of a different experience. The items that we purchased are fine but it took a very long time to receive them. Our credit card was processed for payment immediately. We were told 2-4 weeks and it took closer to 6 or 7 weeks. Longtime to prepay. The delivery person was not great, practically dropping and banging around a box that is marked "fragile". Fortunately, the contents were ok.

Product was back ordered, but came way quicker than expected!! Very good couriers also .. happy with there services
