Very long process and very poor service. I Had to threaten of canceling my multiple parts order to finally receive it. Took several weeks and many emails to get it.

Really great, family-owned company. Received an item that was an obvious return of some sort- missing parts and didn't work. Contacted customer support and they shipped out a replacement the next day. Anyone can provide adequate customer service, but it's when you have a problem that a company will show you whether they really care or not. BBQ.ing is a great company! Plus, they also have many Napoleon accessories and parts that you can't get in the US. Shipping costs a bit more, but it's fast and efficient. They've earned a customer for life.

From the order placement to the delivery everything went well. I had to contact BBQing regarding a damaged portion of my cabinet. The took care to get us the replacement needed. Only comment or concern I have: the delivery is to the street or driveway, not inside the home. These are heavy units, happy that my husband was able to man handle the boxes.

We ordered a BBQ cover on Dec 20/24 and our order was processed quickly with very friendly service. The mail strike was on so our order was stuck in the backlog of parcels at Purolator. When we contacted BBQing.com about our order they answered right away and let us know about the Purolator backlog. They are a great company, their item got held up by Purolator not anything to do with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from them.

I ordered last minute for Christmas and my delivery date was Dec 27 but it arrived early Dec 24 in time for Christmas. Lots of selection and easy ordering

Product as advertised. Paid $15 for shipping only to have to wait 9 days which is poor for free shipping but completely unacceptable for paid for shipping. Almost didn't make it in time for Christmas.
