After submitting the form, I received an acknowledgment where it said that we had to give this information. I had included a file, containing the information of what I was looking for. I received an email saying that my request was incomplete, that I had to start over. After that, I filed the request in the email and I received, promptly, a reply. I received yesterday what I was looking for. Thanks So I appreciated the answer but not the form online! I would have liked to be able to write and receive a reply in French.

Canada | 13 May 2022So I order a new Napolean BBQ. The lady says it doesn't come with a cover so I have to buy one. So I do. Then, I do a double check on their website and it clearly shows the bbq I purchased includes a cover. I call back and a different sales person says the same thing. Nope, you have to pay for it. After I screen captured their website and highlight the cover is included, they finally agreed to refund the cover. I ask, when will it be delivered? Sales person says should go out this Friday but I would get an email with a tracking number. Nothing comes so I call the Friday and the sales person says no it will go out Monday. But, I would get an email with the tracking number. Nothing comes so I call and the sales person says it will be going out this Friday, a week after the initial time. So I finally get an email with apparently a tracking number. I click the big blue button, takes me to a blank page with some numbers at the very top. I call and ask what is this. Sales person says, that's the tracking number but it's probably wrong. I should call the courier directly to figure out the new tracking number and more about delivery. Waaaaa? Are you kidding me? Shouldn't bbqing be telling me this? So I call the courier who says yes indeed the tracking number bbqing.com gave me was wrong. Then the lady asks why a big 18 wheeler is delivering to a residential home. I say huh? I have no clue I didn't arrange this. Then, the courier person proceeds to tell me bbqing forgot to put a number of important deliver details like the truck needs to be a smaller truck and how will I be getting it off the truck because it is 200lbs. Pardon??? I have no idea. If I order something online the normal process is you get a tracking number and the shipper deals with the details and the package is deliver to my door. Right? Needless to say, the entire experience was a mess. The sales people were NOT knowledgeable and they simply ready everything from their website. Zero additional value and incorrectly charged me for a cover. I called and let them know they need to improve their processes and customer service. By all rights, they should have called the courier and let me know what is going on. If you are ordering a bbq online, think twice if ordering from bbqing.com. Will never order from them again. BTW, still have no clue when I am getting my bbq. I am even more worried about warranty now.
