I ordered a part that failed in less than a month, so I submitted an RMA and they told me to visit a local dealer for them to do a diagnostic report a $200 fee the part I ordered was interior trim that glue failed on which was $100 part. that doesn't require diagnostics. they gave me no other options and basically sent me a bad part and are charging me to fix the issue they caused. I am furious and will NEVER get anything else from them.

United States | 13 August 2024My order was damaged by FedEx in transit and returned to GMPG by FedEx, GMPG's policy is all "return to sender" are issued a refund in maybe 5 days, but I wanted the part to be reissued asap because my customer was screaming at me. So much for working with a customer to make it right.
