I bought several thousand dollars worth of parts over about 16 orders for a wrecked car I was fixing. The prices are comparable to a lot of other online sites but their service when there is an issue is awful. I had a few issues but the worst was when GM mispackaged a part. I sent pics of the part# on the box vs the part# on the part and they said I had to pay shipping to return it. This part was large and would cost me as much as the part to send back. There are several other good companies out there. Stay away from this one.

I purchased two bolts from this company because I was replacing my lower control arms on my HHR. I received the bolts but unfortunately the threads only went about half the way up. I immediately emailed the company and after a lengthy RMA creation process, they finally let me know, that I could return the bolts. They charge a 15% restocking fee and put on my report "that I no longer needed the parts" as reason for charging me the restocking fee. I sent the bolts back over a month ago and still have not even received my 85% refund for bolts they sent which were not even the correct ones. Learn from my experience. Don't order from this clown show of a company. Get your parts from ebay, Amazon or Rock auto. You will probably get the correct part on the first try but if something does go wrong, these companies will actually return your money. Ordering from GMPartsGiant will waste your time, money and patience. I ordered these bolts in the first place because I was concerned that my original bolts could snap after being removed a couple times from the vehicle. Had one of the old bolts snapped, this experience could have been much worse. GMPartsGiant will take your money, your return shipping and won't even give you an apology for the trouble.

The part I ordered was correct and shipped quickly and arrived early.

Do not order anything from this company. I placed two orders totaling over $600 and was shorted 3 parts. After using some of the parts right away I called them to let them know that I'm missing three parts and they asked for pictures of everything that I received. I did send them pictures of everything but they responded and said since I didn't put in the effort to take clear pictures of everything that they were not going to refund me for the three parts I did not receive. And this was coming from the manager of the return department apparently. My advice is to steer far away from this company as possible as they do not operate with integrity.

Parts were good and to oem specs this is my go to online store for original oem parts

The parts I ordered for my Terrain came with no issues. I haven't installed them yet because the vehicle is my wifes daily driver. From what I saw of the parts they look like the exact parts I need to fix the issues. Thanks
