Recently did the knife sharpening course at the Greek Street branch. Maulik was an amazing teacher covering the basics of theory and then a hands on example of sharpening your own knife. His knowledge of everything to do with knives was incredible. The two hours flew by and am feeling confident about sharpening my own knives at home after the course. Would highly recommend to anyone and thanks to Maulik again for such a great session.

Great company to deal with. Had issues with DPD clowns delivering so they sent it via the Post office. Great communication, super helpful and above all fabulous knives, definitely a cut above the rest ! (pun intended)

I can honestly say The Wimbledon branch after 10 years living in London has become my all time favourite store. Being a passionate chef all my life, it’s always great finding places and people that share that same love as you do. No matter if I’ve gone in there with a budget haha it’s rarely followed and without regret. Managers like Darsh! Who tirelessly go above n beyond to make even a knife sharpening an experience and a learning opportunity. And I am not one to normally comment online or leave reviews. But I feel if there are others like me. Who share my hobby, my passion for food, Japanese knives, history, art. And also enjoy the company of good people. Wimbledon Japanese knife company waits for us all.
