Lovely knife, bought one week before Christmas with engraving and as promised it was in the post the following day. Cuts beautifully and even though it is one of the cheapest knives they sell it was still packaged in a beautiful box. My grandson loves it.

I have bought from the company for 30 years, my knives are and remain fantastic (one of my prized possessions). Plus the knowledge offered is second to none. Many imitators but Japanese Knife company the original and still by some distance the best.

Very poor experience, order placed on the 14th of December to give as a christmas gift, the order did not arrive in time. After phoning I was told the order had been set to completed instead of processing so it was never sent out. They also mentioned being out of stock of the item I ordered so would send a better alternative to arrive the next day. The alternative item also never arrived. I phoned again a week later and as told the same story of the order being in the completed state, but they now had stock of the original item they could send out. I finally received the order after just under 4 weeks and multiple phone calls. Very disappointed with the service, but the products do seem to be good quality.

The staff is very helpful, supportive and knowledgable. They’ve got a wide range of quality knifes. Many services are included in the price!

Great for my daughter and large family especially when you have lots of meats, vegetable's and fruits to, cut up and stowage for the the cut veggies/fruit already mixed. Both board and tray very easy clean, most Importantly though cost effective and labour saving. I trust this Company having brought items from them previously.
