I arrived back from Disneyland Paris a few days ago. I traveled with Gold Crest Coaches and had the best time. The Royal Coach was very comfortable and the drivers were brilliant. The hotel was fabulous. I have been on coach trips to Disneyland Paris before but this was the best by far

We booked the one of the first royal coaches to Disneyland Paris in the main Disneyland Hotel for our honeymoon! What an amazing experience absolutely loved it from start to finish! Lovely coach drivers made you feel right at ease! The hotel was absolutely beautiful! Loved how we could book the character breakfast with goldcrest too which was a magical experience! Would highly recommend to anymore! Will defo be re-booking! Thanks again! X

We had a fantastic short break to Disneyland Paris with Goldcrest. The coach team (Lee, Sarah and Joshua) were amazing and looked after us superbly, making the journey both ways easy and enjoyable. Sarah was fantastically attentive and Lee was exceptionally knowledgeable. The Disneyland hotel was spectacular and I couldn’t book the accommodation alone for the cost of our whole trip independently so it was incredibly good value as part of the Royal package. The park was, of course, magical. First time coach tripping with our two girls, but won’t hesitate to do it again. The lovely Goldcrest souvenirs were just lovely too and a beautiful keepsake. We really appreciated the effort undertaken to make this experience extra special.

I chose to book with Gold Crest for our Disney Paris break as I had booked with them before (although this was years ago!). I cannot fault them from booking to getting off the coach at home. The booking process was easy online, customer services were friendly and helpful, good communication and the coach staff were friendly and helpful. I will be booking our next trip to Disney with them again.

The coaches were all clearly marked & drivers I encountered were friendly and helpful. Our outbound journey was seamless and the drivers kept us updated throughout. Our journey home was filled with travel sickness and through no fault of the drivers, delays at the docks. Quick thinking from the drivers ensured we were safe and comfortable throughout our 4 hour delay. Our magical trip to Disney was made all the more magical by our kind and diligent drivers. Thanks Gold Crest, we will be sure to book with you again!

We went to 3 Christmas markets on 6th Dec ,achem,mastrich and Valkenburg . I must say that although trip was long it was really comfortable, your drivers from Thomas coaches were excellent, they went above and beyond to make trip pleasurable. Their names were Mark and Mark. Would definitely travel with you again.

We have just come back from a 5 day trip to Disneyland Paris.All I can say is thank you. The drivers were professional, funny, friendly and knowledgeable . We had plenty of comfort breaks along the way which broke the journey up nicely.When we arrived one of them went to collect every ones room keys and information while the other one unloaded the luggage . We have used gold crest before to go to Disney land Paris and would highly recommend them.We will use again in the future.

Spent weekend in Lille for flea market Absolutely brilliant from the lovely helpful Driver Steve he was a star , the hotel was very clean and not to far from Lille Breakfast was continental and as expected I was a lone traveler first time with Gold crest so bit nervous but need not of worried , lots like minded travellers and we had an amazing time Will definitely recommend and book again for next year

I am still very much in awe of the amazing time I had over the weekend at Lille's famous flea market I certainly was able to find some amazing treasures whilst I was there and they will suit my little vintage business Fodderwing really well I wanted to write to express my gratitude to all of the team at Gold Crest . This has been my first solo trip abroad since my husband passed in 2021 so it was bitter sweet for many reasons but everyone involved with Gold Crest enabled me to achieve a goal I'd set for myself Many emails and phone calls were done with care and encouragement and I very much felt looked after even before the trip I can't really put into words my appreciation towards our drivers Mark and David but here goes ; These two guys are the true spirit of hospitality Their humour , dedication to the task and overall fun personalities really made me feel at ease for what was going to be a huge leap for me Gold Crest is Gold Class in my eyes Aussie

We recently returned from the Lille Flea Market trip, which we enjoyed. However our main coach arrived back at Victoria coach station 5 hours early for the National Express feeder coach to Portsmouth. We were unable to get an earlier coach as they were fully booked, and the coach station is not a very salubrious or safe place to wait. We paid extra money to get home by train. Even then we had 13 hours of travel. We feel Goldcrest discharged their responsibilities to their customers after they leave the main coach, and it is highly unlikely we will use them again.

I booked a trip for 4 nights 2days in disneyland paris on 30th September for Halloween only to be let down. I paid the full amount then got bad news about not enough people so we had to cut down a day short . I was promised fireworks display and drown show which I was looking forward to most. Then apparently that was cancelled cause of fashion parade. So now I paid £1000 for me and my daughter to just have one full day with no Halloween fireworks and travel home through the night the next day. And third time we have to travel 14 miles knowing I am disabled to get the coach when all the other times it's picked me up from round the corner in my area. I think this is disgusting we will be spending more time travelling than actually be there. I have asked for a refund as its there fault and they have said no so I will loose all my money. I have been with this company a few times and never experienced anything like this. I have put a deposit down for Easter too I am debating to go as this experience has been terrible. Make sure you find out everything this company deserves not to be in business if they treat there customers like this.

We got picked up at 4.30 in the morning,which was OK.The first driver was very nice,polite and helpful.We stayed on the same coach all the way through which was less hassle than changing.The second driver ,who was a an agency driver,did not introduce himself or tell us any information.Thw breaks going were not enough.Our stay at Eurodisney was great.The journey was bad from set off..We had fourty minutes to get our breakfast,which which didn't open until 7am.We had to queue up eat our breakfast and be at the coach by 7.40.This was not enough time,especially when our rooms were 10 minutes walk from where the coach was.The driver was angry we were 2 minutes late.The stops on the way back ,were a joke.We had a five minute break,no toilets, just to stretch our legs.The five minutes started as he was pulling in to the stop.As were at the back of the coach,we didn't get time to get off.The second break much later on,we were allowed 15 minutes,we were not allowed to go to the shop,there was toilets ,he said but you have to pay to use them.There was so many people using the toilet on the coach,that is began to smell.The driver was made aware of this.The last break,was when we changed drivers,and was allowed a 30 minute break.We had 3 children with us and adults.The 3rd driver was very nice,he switched on music,the first time throughout our journey,he introduced himself,and told us what time we would be arriving home.He was a breath of fresh air.He told us that,the driver was an agency driver and apologised to us. Such a shame,we have travelled with Goldcrest many times,and have always had a great experience.Lets hope we don't have another experience like this.

We had a fantastic time with Goldcrest, everything was as expected, paperwork arrived with detailed itinerary so we knew it would be a long bus trip and a ferry crossing. Maastrict was wonderful and Andre Rieu concert out of this world. We did the optional trip to Aachen and Valkenburg and in our opinion the only thing worth seeing in Aachen is the fabulous cathedral, but Valkenburg was lovely with plenty to see and lots of good restaurants. All in all a great trip. Our driver Andrew deserves recognition too!

I have just returned from a trip with Goldcrest to see Andre Rieu in Maastricht. Yes, it was a long journey by coach, but I knew that when we booked. However, the coach was very comfortable and the two drivers Mandy and Alan, were very efficient, helpful and friendly. Our accommodation at The Radisson Hotel at Brussels Airport was clean, modern and provided us with a very substantial breakfast each morning. The staff at the Hotel were very polite and also helpful. On the second day we had a trip to the German city of Aachen and then onto the Three Country point between Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. After that we then drove to the Dutch town of Valkenburg where we had more free time for some sightseeing. On the day of the concert we spent the day in Maastricht before the evening concert to see Andre Rieu. Even the rain didn't spoil our enjoyment of the concert and the highlight of our trip. The next day, after a hearty breakfast and a good nights sleep, we caught our ferry at Calais at our allocated time. We arrived back at Thurrock Services at the expected times and for me it was a great experience.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about with this company. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly, fresh food, tastey and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Everything went like clockwork, paperwork arrived on time, they provided us with all written information that we needed. We had a fantastic time in Maastricht.

Don’t touch this company. It doesn’t do what it says on the tin. I booked Andre Rieu as a birthday present for my partner. When the itinerary arrived 9 days before leaving, I realised that it was going to be a nightmare trip. They booked us into an airport hotel 2 hours away from Maastricht and it wasn’t a door to door coach trip at all but two bus changes before the main bus. I cancelled it. There was zero care when I rang to complain. Didn’t give two hoots and wouldn’t send me my tickets for Andre Rieu separately so that we could make other travel arrangements.

Not disabled friendly I took my sister on euro Disney trip by coach and cudnt believe it when I got train tickets to bring us back on it wasn’t discussed at the time of booking that the company might have to use public transport but to have a wheelchair 2 suitcases and left in the centre of London 4hrs before your train is due is diabolical so becos my sister is vulnerable I had to change the tickets at a cost £50 to get home earlier when I sent an email they didn’t want to no stay away from this company it’s disgusting not help ful at all especially Laura or paul

Travelled to Disney with Goldcrest from Hull in February, very easy and convenient way to get there. Lee our driver down to Disney was funny and informative, coach was lovely with plenty of legroom. Solo trip and it felt a very safe way to get there. Already looking at next trip

We've just returned from an amazing trip to Disneyland Paris. Our driver, Lee, was fantastic. He was super friendly and informative. The only criticism I have is the lack of communication from the company. Once I'd paid the remainder of the payment, I didn't receive a confirmation until I'd emailed to ask for it. Also, nobody made me aware that we'd only get the travel plans until a week before departure so I was panicking that something had gone wrong. Aside from that, we had a great holiday and made lots of lovely memories.
