Bought my first belt from Orion Leather Company and have been very impressed with the overall quality and style! Will be purchasing more in the future!

I'm not very happy with my experience with Orion at all. I ordered a men's mini size leather wallet with chain. I received the wallet but no chain.I called them but no one answered so I left a message. Nobody contacted me so after I waited a few days I called them back. A woman answered, I explained to her my problem. She said " oh yeah you called the other day , oh okay I'll mail that out to you today". So if I didn't call you,you weren't going to mail it out to me? This was 4 days ago,I received the wallet in less time. I waited to give a review, I don't like giving bad reviews. But my patience is running thin.

Excellent customer service, they promptly refunded my returns. These are very high quality leather belts. You can switch out the buckle on most of their belts, if you have a buckle you prefer. The finish on the leather is duller than dress belts.

I could not be happier with my purchase. The buying process, price, shipping time, and quality of the belts I ordered were all exceptional. It feels good to be able to buy real leather products for less than department stores charge for imitation leather knockoffs that will peel or fall apart after less than a year of wear. I will be back to purchase again for family and friends.

Great belt and great customer service

This belt is is thick and solid. You can detect the quality simply by the feel. It also smells great. The stretch marks of the belt create a cool pattern, and it lets everyone know that I am always giving birth to awesomeness.

Refund experience was not good. Sent an email to customer service and they never responded. Also you can't get a refund, only exchange items.

Ordered a belt. Nice looking product, product seems of high quality, but I had to exchange the belt because it seemed shorter than similar sized belts I usually get. Not a fan of having to pay for exchange shipping.
