Compré un slimbook pro X 15 hace un par de semanas. El portátil va estupendamente. Es de muy buena calidad y mejores prestaciones. La batería me dura unas 6 o 7 horas. Por una problema con el sistema que llevaba instalado (Linux Mint) tuve que contactar con el servicio técnico y son muy eficientes. Me ayudaron a solucionarlo hablando con ellos varios días, hasta que conseguimos dar con el error. Un 10 para su servicio técnico.

No puedo decir que GRACIAS a todo el equipo de Slimbook. Son buenos y bonitos y asequibles por la calidad que ofrecen. Hace años que trabajo con ellos y siempre ofrecen buenas soluciones.

Perfect product with a very attractive price. The laptop (executive 14, intel i7-12700h, 16GB 2x8, 1T NVMe) runs very fast and the battery is crazy big (99Wh). The screen was a nice surprise, so sharp and incredible colours.

Compré un Slimbook One con Ryzen 9 en mayo de 2022. No he tenido ningún problema con el ordenador en todo este tiempo hasta principios de Junio de 2023. No voy a detallar el problema ya que se puede ver en el foro de Slimbook. La atención fue rapidísima. No fue posible solucionar el problema online, asi que me recogieron el ordenador a través de Correos Express sin ningun coste para mi. En 48 horas ya tenía la respuesta con las posibles soluciones. Finálmente, era un problema de software relacionado con el arranque. Me lo reenviaron a casa y ya lo tengo en uso y como nuevo. Quiero agradecer de nuevo al equipo técnico y especialmente a Vaja, Eusebio y Alex su amabilidad y profesionalidad en el trato recibido. Un cordial saludo.

Atencion inmejorable, los equipos son una maravilla , montados con mucho mimo y detalle. Si te gusta este mundo no puedes dejar pasar interesarte por ellos.

The product itself is of very high build quality, and combined with the listed prices, Slimbook is definitely a top option to consider when buying a (Linux) device! I have some issues running KDE on my machine, but it is entirely possible that KDE is to blame and not Slimbook. Also the customer support is truly astounding! So far, they always provide quick and very helpful assistance to any issues. I once had a problem with one of my orders, and Slimbook was very friendly, patient and transparent on the matter!

Llevo 3 días con el portátil (Essential 14) y estoy muy contento. Estéticamente es muy bonito y ligero. De potencia me sobra para mi uso diario. Por circunstancias, necesitaba el portátil que me llegara a casa lo antes posible. Desde atención al cliente me confirmaron que harían todo lo posible y cumplieron; lo pedí el lunes y el miércoles ya lo tenía en casa. Así da gusto. Hice un pedido solicitando que se entregara en una fecha precisa, que resultó ser muy temprano dadas las condiciones de suministro. Enseguida contactaron conmigo para consultarme sobre posibles variaciones en componentes y siempre con mi consentimiento encontraron la forma de entregar el equipo a pedir de boca. Linux preinstalado y listo para usar en un ordenador muy solvente. No voy a necesitar reemplazo para ese equipo en muchísimo tiempo, pero en cuanto me haga falta otro para uso distinto no dudaré en volver a comprar Slimbook.

I am a Slimbook user since 2020. I own a Slimbook Pro X 15 with i7-9750H and GTX 1650 Max-Q and I'm super pleased with a overall experience. After over 3 years of usage I can say that the product is simply on a premium level. It is easily upgrade-able. It is super light for a 15" laptop ~1,5kg It is very fast (2 NVMe disks). It is very powerful (can play all the games I want). It is very portable (battery for almost 10 hours). My experience with a Slimbook company: I had tons of questions before I decided to buy the laptop. Every question was answered with all the details I needed. There is a VAT tax difference between Spain and Poland (21%/23%), there was no problem with that. I' have paid the tax only once in Poland. The shipping was super fast and a laptop was safely packed. Last month I had a need to change the keyboard in my Slimbook. The parts are available and I had an option to customize the keyboard in any language I want and choose the color I want. Again the shipping was super fast and secure. I want to buy a new laptop for my mom in the next month. My choice is very obvious - Slimbook. Everyone with doubts, forget about them. You won't regret if you buy one for yourself :)

First, their pre-sales service was exceptional. I had queries about the hardware, about some apparent documentary requirements, about how Spanish VAT affected the price paid in UK (it doesn't!) and to all my queries I got prompt answers, generally within the hour, often within minutes. By comparison a British competitor took over 2 weeks (the one and only question). Second, I managed to get into a real tangle during the ordering process (memo to self: never try to do it when you're in a rush, it will go wrong) and got the whole issue disentangled for me by Maria, who then continued to support me through the fulfilment of the order. Third, the order was completed in less time than the website promised and there were helpful notifications at every stage. In particular the delivery process was laid out in full so that I knew how UK Government import charges would be handled. Delivery was next day after payment of the import charges. The package was very slim but also very secure and the new laptop - a KDE Slimbook 15 - was light, stylish, with a superb display and with a full battery charge which lasted for 2 days (quite undemanding use at the time). After many successful conversions of older computers to Linux it was a delight just to be able to fire the Slimbook up and start using it, following the KDE welcome guide. Best moment of all was probably when I explored the printer settings and was immediately offered a test print on my wireless networked HP printer, which came out correctly first time round. A memorable first! So the product is excellent and the service is excellent. Are there any negatives? I thought the website didn't do the company justice. It was not easy to work out the net export cost of the order and some of the info was confusing, eg the FAQs were for a version 2 model but the product on offer was version 4 and some important details had changed, notably on disk storage. But overall my experience was so positive with the company that I cannot withhold a full star for the website and I have no hesitation in recommending the company and the laptop.

Lo mejor es la capacidad técnica y soluciones que da el equipo técnico. El equipo venía con KDE Neon que no me gustó pero te permiten instalar el Linux que quieras sin pérdida de garantía del hardware con lo que he instalado Arch Linux.

Compré un slimbook katana ll y me ha dado muchos fallos, la visagra se partió a los 3 años de su compra. La bateria me dura 1 hora sin estar conectado a la red. Lo mandé a fábrica para que me arreglaran la visagra ya que sino no podía abrir el portatil y ahora el touchpad no funciona bien en toda su extensión. He tenido que comprar dos cargadores nuevos porque dejan de hacer conexión y no cargan el ordenador. Una decepción de compra ya que tenía las expectativas muy altas al ser un ordenador con linux. No recibes lo que pagas
