Collecting the Falklands coin set, i nearly had all the coins sent without having to individually order them. That was until the last coin! I was deployed away with work, and in the strange wisdom of London Mint they didnt think i would want the final coin!!! So it was never sent. Im not sure why it wouldnt have just been sent like the previous coins and then paid for, but i emailed them and was told by Charlotte, that this is an older set and the final coin is no longer available. They send coins you didnt ask for... and then they dont send coins when its obvious from your account you paid for other coins in the collection, id laugh if i didnt feel robbed! An absolute waste of money for a collection that will forever be incomplete... BUYER/COLLECTOR BEWARE! UPDATE: Levi collected my data to "further assist" me via Trust Pilot, and that was 5 days ago. Ive heard nothing, so i can only assume this was to establish if i was an actual customer and not too help. On another note, before originally posting this i was offered a more expensive coin with nothing to do with the Falklands War... Again well done London Mint in showing your scamming techniques.

I called to ask for my delivery to be arranged before the 17th of December as I ordered a gift for my nephew who will visit from Australia and I didn’t realise when I placed the order that it was due within 28 days. Teigan was very helpful and professional. She contacted the relevant department and will keep me updated with my delivery date. Huge pice of mind. I am very grateful for her assistance.

Returned 2 coins, one coin of which was sent without my consent. Tracking shows they received back quite a while ago now. They are now sending me emails saying I've missed payments for these coins, emailed numerous times and they don't reply. The sooner this is sorted the better as it's just a big worry and headache that I don't need. I've requested my account and details are removed from their system.... beware of this company, I do not recommend them.
