United Kingdom | 18 November 2024i ordered the 80th Anniversary of D-Day Landing coin for my collection and when it showed on my order list the one it showed was the 80th Anniversary of D-Day Landing PPU which would of costed me £33.90 GBP which was not the one i chosen so i rang the monday morning and explained the issue and within 5 minutes the issues was sorted i cant remember the agent i spoke to but i was happy as they listened to what i wanted and what i didnt want and sorted it i have given them 5 stars not only for that reason but also was happy to speak to

Still no coins arrived and customer service representative seems unwilling to help Despite reply still no coins. No phone call. No issue with my account no arrears as salaciously implied. They don't want to fulfil the "free" coin £5P+P they want to lure us into re-occuring offers where if we don't cancel direct debit they rinse us
