Call in number wasn’t working. Tried 24 times. Kept saying “sorry technical error with the number your calling”

I was prescribed an RX on Nov 5th 2024. my CC was charged the subscription fee. and as of today Dec 2 2024, I still have not received the RX. The initial RX Tracking stated it was delayed (aka lost) for 5 days. Upon requesting a reorder or refund, it took 9 days for HIMS to process my request (reorder) and an additional 4 days to ship it. The new package is now showing delayed again. Most likely I will stop using HIMS and go to an alternative company as they can't seem to use a reliable carrier

I signed my son up for treatments for hair loss. a few days after treatment started he was ill with cramping and other digestive issues. we had to stop. when i reached out to let the know, they said there's nothing they can do and wont refund the money. stay away from companies that stand behind their claims. i would strongly advise you to stay away!

Literally ended up in the ER as the metformin side effects increased my lactic acid almost sending me into septic shock. I had been having dizzy spells and issues with blurry eyes for several months and could not figure out why. Although the meds allowed me to lose 25lbs over 6 months, I would strongly not recommend using these unless you are under guidance from your doctor. The online doctors are simply a joke and could not have supported me with such a serious situation.

My experience with this company was too bad they are not clear enough with costumers when you looking to buy something from them Be careful please because they will charge you for 3 months 2 times they are playing with the price and if you ask the customer service team to cancel the payment they will charge you 50% for nothing even if the shipment was still not left from them I call the customer service to call the supervisor but I think the supervisor his not a person like us he or she rejected to call me after so much time it’s not personal but it’s my advice to everyone who looking to buy anything from this company.

I've just week 4 and have lost 3 lbs. I work out on average 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes at a time and watch what I eat but I'm not on a certain diet. Have definitely been eating less which my relationship with food wasn't healthy to begin with, I would eat one huge meal a day and be overly full not eating the rest of the day. This has helped me eat two to three smaller meals a day.

Product works great, side effects is just a very slight headache for a few minutes at some point of the day but very minor which is normal as I read. 100 % satisfied.

The provider did a horrible job finding the right medication for me. After I realized the medication that they selected and knew I had never used it before I wanted to switch my order from a three month supply to a 1 month supply so I could make sure it worked the same as the medication I had used before. I did that within 48 hours. One of the days was a holiday and they were still not able to change the order.
