I was sent 12 tablets at the end of August. To date, I have used 7 of them. In the middle of November I received 12 more tablets, that I do not need yet. One of the tablets didn't work at all. Another one didn't work for about four hours, and then it did. The others worked as expected.

Hair growth spray was irritating my scalp so unable to use it properly. They have since sent me out another 6 months supply and charged me for it . They charged my credit card and sent out the product 2 weeks after taking payment. I asked for a refund but they say there’s nothing they can do apart from offering me a discount on another product . Absolute joke

The products are what they are, but for me the issue is the website is designed to waste your time, not allow you to easily see prices without going through a long personal information funnel. They also try to trick you into starting orders while you are still looking at information at which point they will refuse refunds or cancellation. If you do order, there is no contact about subscriptions renewing automatically until it has happened. Typical modern American scammy business practices that are so common with all web based "disrupter"companies.

Product is not working. Please DISCONTINUE. I do not want any more product.

Before purchasing a product from HIMs, make sure to read the fine print, memorize the renewal dates, and to be aware of their underhanded businesses practices. They will automatically "renew" your prescription weeks before you are anywhere near depleted. They will not send reminder emails or anything. Their website makes it very difficult to cancel. Their entire business model relies on your forgetfullness, which they ironically sell medication for.

I ordered online, but when they sent me the tablets it came with a booklet stating all of the negative side effects. I decided it wasn't worth it. Contacted them and tried to cancel my order within the first 48 hours of receiving them but they wont refund, haven't opened any of the tablets, all boxes completely sealed. Was told I cant return my tablets. Paid £156 for nothing. Very poor.

While the shipping took a little longer than expected (I can completely understand the demand for this product and the shopping itself can be out of their control), I have to say the quality and effectiveness of this product is top notch. I have only been using it for a month and have already noticed the general "illusion" of a FULLER hairline. absolutely would recommend to anyone interested in keeping their hairline in place as well as giving a fuller appearance and even possible regrowth.

I'm not certain this is truly working. However, it does seem like my hair is a little healthier so I am being patient as it's only been 6 weeks so far. Also, I'm getting the shampoo replacements a little earlier than I need. I'm not sure if this is costing more on not.

Those things barely work

The medicine you sent me is not working at all. I am planning to stop the intake. What's the point of paying this crazy amount for no benefits.

Just went through the process and was denied the approach I wanted due to already taking a 1mg finasteride tablet. Had entered card info as required thinking it would not be processed until my desired prescription was approved. Did this yesterday afternoon and received that I did not qualify. Asked for a refund and was told NO. Disappointed that a company spending so much on marketing needs to resort to such a practice. Will cancel so there is no future charge.

THe product works as advertised

I purchased a 6-month supply of topical hair treatment for £156. Unfortunately, I experienced a rash as a reaction to the product and found the quantity provided per dose insufficient to cover the affected area. When I raised these issues with the company, they showed no interest in addressing my concerns, leaving me to absorb the £156 loss. To make matters worse, six months later, the company charged me again without my consent, shipping another 6-month supply and deducting £156 from my account. The ingredients in this product are teratogenic and associated with risks such as suicidal thoughts. Such treatments should require oversight from a qualified prescriber to evaluate their suitability before dispensing an additional 6-month supply. In my case, this review was especially critical given my adverse reaction, which should have deemed the treatment harmful. No such review was conducted. Despite contacting the company before the second package arrived, they refused to issue a refund. When I requested the details of a prescribing professional or pharmacist to escalate the matter to the appropriate governing bodies, the company failed to provide them. My emails have since been ignored. I intend to escalate this case to the relevant authorities for unethical malpractice. I strongly urge others not to purchase from this unethical and untrustworthy company.
