United Kingdom | 09 December 2024Be aware - this product will encourage growth of any scalp disorders e.g. benign growths, legions, etc. If you have dormant cancerous cells, it could well activate if it has the ability to affect benign growths. When you buy the product, you are unknowingly signing a recurrent subscription. I stopped using it as soon as i realised the danger, but the Company refused to reimburse the automated recurrent payment. They are not worried about future reviews or the product can be dangerous.

United Kingdom | 08 December 2024Used hims for hair loss treatment for 12 months now with zero effect. People don't waste your money and time on any pharmaceutical treatment tbh. The only hair transplant will work as many examples show. Even if you would like to try a luck despite reading this honest review make sure you cancel your subscription after the first order as they will not accept any returns for a full refund. Scamers!!!!

Belgium | 08 December 2024They are a bunch of thieves!!!! Stay away from them. I recently checked that I am being charged every 3 months a certain amount for the past year even though I don’t have an active account with them. I confronted them with all the transactions which clearly show the payment details, including their Name stating Hims UK and Erik from support simply says that they cannot refund us or even stop the active account since it isn’t tied to the email address I am using. So apparently I used another email address for these orders and since I don’t know the email address Erik thinks it is no problem to let the subscription continue indefinitely, since doing the effort of checking which account is tied to all these transactions on my account isn’t worth the effort. The current trustpilot score of 3.1 is even too much!!! I will report them to the authorities and I would suggest you to place your orders elsewhere since there are other providers out there with a better service and perhaps even product!!! UPDATE 12/12: Now they are trying to get the review taken down. It seems payment transactions from their account aren't sufficient for them to acknowledge my active account. BIG RED FLAG

United States | 06 December 2024Recently signed up and received prescription and notification that it was ready for pickup by usps on 2 Dec. it was still awaiting pickup by usps (supposedly) on 6 Dec; no change in status. Original expected delivery date was 8 Dec and has now shifted to 13 Dec. I called customer service and asked about shipping delays and was told nothing. I asked then cancel the order since they still had the package, hadn’t shipped yet. And was told they couldn’t do that…once something is ordered it cannot be cancelled or returned! They are quick to sign you up, but don’t care after you’ve paid you money. I cancelled my subscription. Be wary of their business practices.

United States | 06 December 2024Started glp-1 injections. Having no side effects until week 10. Serious nausea, diarrhea, cramping, to the point where I missed 4 days work and lost 15 pounds because I couldn't keep anything down. When contacted my "care team" with specific questions all I received was sorry and yes this happens. I finally stopped the treatments and after a week of stopping finally starting to feel better. Unfortunately during my time of being violently ill my subscription renewed so now I'm out 900 dollars for something I don't dare inject. Then....while working to figure out how to cancel I found a small section about appreciation discounts. I qualify for one of them which woukd have cut my costs in half. These discounts are not very obvious and at nobpoint during sign up do they ask if you qualify. Seems like their appreciation isn't very appreciative or they would actually make it clearer. Pretty frustrated and discussed with both the customer service and the care team. Not really helpful at all. Go see a live person and avoid these guys at all cost!

Overpriced on all counts and your parcel is sent via tortoise. I could schedule an appointment with a legitimate Dr., go to the appointment, get an Rx, get the Rx filled, by the time forHims even decides to ship what they've already taken your money for. Steer clear away from these thieves.

United States | 06 December 2024Used it for 3 months from May 2024 to july 2024. My hair fell like dry leaves in autumn season. They never came back. Hims refunded me the money back but my scalp is in v bad condition. Please don't buy this. I fear hair transplant is my only solution now.

The first one you get is that your product has shipped whether you want it or not. 'tells you all you need to know about the company. They don't have faith in their products but have a system in place to push it out the door. Make yourself reminders and take action BEFORE the ship date.

I have lost 97 pounds so far on compounded semaglutude and these meal replacement bars make for an easy breakfast with my busy schedule. Delivery came earlier than expected too. 10/10 recommend.
