In the second shipment, one bottle leaked completely out, causing the post office to knock on my door and ask me what I had ordered because it had a hazmat label. So, via my ring doorbell I got to answer their questions. One bottle of the second shipment, the spray pump has jammed.

I'm not a big eater and I am active in a busy job. Any suggestions? My diet is clean no fast foods , little carbs mostly protein. Help!

United States | 16 October 2024Unlike honest subscription companies, Hims sends no reminder that you're about to be charged. I noticed the $175 charge the same morning it went through and immediately messaged them letting them know I didn't want the product. (I still have more than enough from the first shipment and frankly can't afford to pay again.) Even though the order is still being prepared and has not yet shipped, they insisted they are "unable" to refund my money. I will never do business with them again, and suggest that anyone reading this avoid them too. They clearly don't have their customers best interests at heart.

United Kingdom | 15 October 2024The product for me didn't work for me, though that isn't why I'm leaving a low review score. You sign up on a subscription basis and are pushed to renew every 6 months. However there is no notification that the subscription is about to renew, you are charged the full amount and then notified the product is on it's way. Considering this is an expensive product I don't think this is very customer friendly. I've also not been given the option to send the product back for a refund (cancelling is also via talking to support, not straight forward). Further to this in trying to cancel I was told it can take 9-12 months for my treatment to take effect, however all the literature when signing up is to expect changes within 3-6 months. So from these issues I'm giving hims a low score, the sneaky auto renewal (within 5.5 months of first signing up too, not 6 months, so taking the money earlier than expected) and the mismatch of communication on what to expect.

I do really appreciate how fast and informative the answers in the chat are about taking other medications. Very helpful
