So I contacted the Nurse on hims app. It took more than 48 hours and one email for them to respond. Then they asked what medication I take and what problems I faced. I explained in detail and said I want refund. In response to that Hims sent me a link on how to dispose off medication. Abosolutely no help. Billed for all 5 months insted of per month. I want a refund for four months of medication/

I hope I guessed correctly, but here is a question: since “hims” is now forcing customers to debug your interface, can you send me a check for $1,000? I am serious. Why should management get a quarterly bonus for turning out crap?

I was told pills might work better. I was told no exchange even thou I have not used product. Hard to justify spend double for a "might work" product
