United States | 10 October 2024I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered a subscription, and the second delivery was never delivered. My home has a secure mailbox, and the mailbox keeper has executed an affidavit to verify that nothing was received. Hims refuses to issue a refund, stating that the item was delivered over a month before. My cc bill was received and paid, and the next day, it was reported to Hims. 1) Concern #1: How do you report something as not received if you never knew until you received your cc bill? 2) Under what law or tacky business practice do you expect someone to pay for something that you never received? 3) When you explain that you have had a medical issue that will prevent you from using the product, why would you offer a replacement? This sounds like the FTC and the Atty Generals office needs to do a bit of investigating.

My second order, the pills looked different and the bottle was also different...and the pills are doing nothing. I'll continue to use them, but I sincerely hope my 3rd order will be as effective as my first. So I guess I'm both satisfied (1st order) and very unsatisfied (2nd order)
