The people who are helping you during your booking are very kind, helpful and friendly. I'm French, so it was very interesting and practical to reserve a logement on Beroomers. There is a lot of choice (student hall, appartments,...) If you have any questions, there will be always someone to answer it.

Beroomers helped me a lot when I was desperate to found a room in Barcelona. I hadn't enough time to search for a apartment room by myself, so I opted to ask for help on this website. Since it was my first time on it, I opted to use the chat room. Against all my expectations, everyone that I talked to was very friendly, patient and available to help. I wans't sure that the real room that I choosed was the same on the photos But once I came to the apartment I saw that everything was like the pictures. I'm happy with my purchase on Beroomers :)

I found a place, with the help of Sara Perez, for a few months in Barcelona while I study at a coding bootcamp. Sara was VERY helpful, attentive and professional. Their website is easy and has all the information laid well. The online chat is the best!! I would recommend everyone go through bedroomers for their next place and talk with Sara Perez. (I have yet to stay at the apartment so this review is solely based on booking experiences.)

Yana helped me with a accommodation in Valencia I had a lot of questions and even the payment went wrong the first time (my fault). The next day she was there to help me out. Within seconds the landlord confirmed the booking. Great service, very easy. And Yana is fantastic an patient!

quite patient. stuck with me through poorly functioning credit card, keeping the room reserved and giving helpful instructions throughout. Suggested multiple other places I could go if things didn't work out with other bookings.

Excellent service. I was in such in a hurry and the helped me to find a room in less than 12h. Telephone awnser great, they keep answering mails after office hours. Very efective so far. And I had 2 bad experiences with companies like this early this week. BUT they tell too late that they charge 350€ per their services. Isn't it too much? At least I expect somo following after I settle down at the apartment, specially with issues. Recommendation: you need to improve your rattings system!
