United Kingdom | 19 July 2019Having just booked and had my booking confirmed, I’ve been so happy with the customer service provided, and his been by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Responses are quick, and dealt with genuine care and desire to help. Paula P. has been exceptionally brilliant with all her help and support since I initially had problems getting a response from the landlord. She’s constantly been on the ball supporting me, and even took the time to send a congratulations email when it was all confirmed, which just again shows the level of care they take towards each and every customer. Now just to checking in later this year!

Besides that prices can be updated more frequently and some landlords are not really actively checking approvals It seems

Spain | 27 May 2019Do not use Beroomers' services. They are one of the worst companies I've ever seen. I rented a room in a shared flat through their platform, and the experience was horrible. I felt unsafe at all times. They charge you a lot of money in service fees but they provide you no assistance at all. Considering the state of the apartment I was in, I'm sure they have never been there to check it's state. The landlady from the apartment was also completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The landlady has kicked people out of the flat for no reason and kept their deposits (she's the one who told me this), I was always afraid she would do this to me. I guess after Beroomers gets money from services fees, they do not care about your safety anymore. Do not trust this company

Portugal | 13 April 2019El alojamiento es tal cual se presentaba en la fotos de la pagina web. Es la primera que reservo con esta empresa. Una vez completada la reserva me ha parecido excesiva la cantidad de emails recibidos antes del check in (4 emails, 2 por dia, exactamente iguales). En el email de reserva se facilita un numero de telefono que no tiene atencion en fin de semana y el check in ha sido en fin de semana. Esto genera mucha desconfiaza. Beroomers me pidio en 4 emails diferentes que no entregase el deposito sin firmar un contrato de arrendamiento. La propietaria no sabia nada de ningun contrato. De nuevo desconfianza. Otra vez numero excesivo de emails (unos 3 o 4) tras el dia del check in solicitando que se confirme un check in a traves de un link que no funciona desde ningun dispositivo, navegador, wifi o 4G. Creo que la idea tras Beroomers es buena, pero lamentablemente mi feedback no es positivo. Se genera demasiada desconfianza desde la reserva hasta el check in. Se deberia mejora esta parte del producto con un proceso de check in mas efectivo por parte de beroomers.
