Had a fault with a Haden toaster that was just 12months old so contacted them about it. Was told by a member of staff to send a few details and they would look into it. They then sent a returns label for me to return the toaster. Delighted to say I have today just had brand new replacement toaster delivered. Would like to say well done to Sabitchi homewares for the speed a courtouse way in which they dealt with My request. Took just a week to resolve.

I wanted another one with the same handle as my previous trolley, quite difficult to find in the shops, the size is right also, I do have to remove the rivets at the top though.

Sent me a faulty set of saucepans (pan warped, lid didn’t fit, strange sandpaper like finish on handles which were also marked) and will not send me a refund which I am entitled to, told me they would send a replacement instead, without asking me first. I don’t want a replacement, I want a refund so I can purchase a set of saucepans elsewhere.

My purchase arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Tracking was good, also.
