I have found Dracakis Jewellers to be an outstanding business in our community. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I had an issue with another jeweller whom didn’t fulfill an order I had previously purchased for my son’s 18th birthday, I was time poor and worried I wasn’t able to give the present he wanted but the Dracakis team assited me swiftly and professionally and were so lovely in wrapping my son’s present, they even called for a follow up to confirm that it was indeed the perfect present. The whole experience with Drakakis was a personal and warm exchange. I will and have already returned to Drakakis for all my jewellery needs. Excellent service.

This was my first visit spawned by the need to find my wife a gift that was different. Staff were helpful and tried to ensure I was properly informed about my purchase. No pressure; they were happy for me to browse. After I settled they offered me earrings to match the pendant I'd purchased (in case of a future gift, as an idea). I smiled seeing it as possible up-selling (who doesn't do this?), but it was actually good to know, There is a quality world beyond Tiffany's!

A well run business with knowledgeable friendly staff. They help you but are not pushy. The range of items is good and beautifully presented. They sell and remodel and do valuations all which are done to an exceptional standard. An excellent business to deal with.

Overall happy with the service. Having visited a few times, the service can differ. The Drakasis men are always friendly and knowledgeable. A new person helped me last time and I had to ask for extras like polishing but that’s ok as she was learning. There was another lady , not sure if she was also part of the family but not friendly at all. Did not even bother to say good morning. I would recommend them as very knowledgeable.

Quality assured.. and friendly service. Felt comfortable dealing the boys for the making and designing of an Engagement Ring I had them make for me.

They are always willing to help and provide custom orders in a timely fashion. Also their prices seem to be competitive for like (same quality) items at other jewellers and don’t appear to promote lower quality items at lower prices just to atttact customers.

I would highly recommend Dracakis jewellers. The service Nick provided was highly expectional. He helped me select the perfect ring for my fiancé. She absolutely loves it. Nick helped me choose the best quality diamond. It didn’t stop there, he also helped us choose the best wedding bands for us. He is also going to clean our bands to make sure they’re immaculate on our wedding day. Above and beyond service and care.
