I was looking at a ring from your website and found one that I am after. I sent an email enquiring the ring, I was impressed to receive a response from Theodore soon after. Theodore's communication is top of the line, he had been helpful and great in helping me to getting the ring. The shipping was fast although the customs took slightly longer to clear. I will strongly recommend drakakis to anyone looking for beautiful rings that come with fantastic services.

The service at Dracajus Jewellers was efficient and informative. It saved me having to travel considerable distanced to obtain service at other stores,where I used to do business. My pearls were restrung to look more clean and attractive .

I needed a ring re-sized, this was a sentimental piece to me, it was my Dad's ring, he has just passed away. First I was given a time period of 2 weeks to complete the job, then it jumped to 3 weeks during initial discussions. I left it with them, when I went back to pick it up, it was not ready on the due date, I was told the jeweler had been on holidays so there was a back log of jobs. Really not my problem, I was counting on the ring to be available on the due date. I was told it would be another 4 days before it was ready. The job was not great, the size is not right and now there are sharp edges on the stone. As a previous customer and expected future customer, I am disappointed in the service, I won't be back

My experience with Dracakis Jewellers was an amazing one. They provided me with answers to all my questions, were very patient and kept me updated on the status of my ring. They explained the Hearts on Fire range, and showed me the arrows and hearts of different diamonds through a viewer. The store is stunning, with beautifully presented jewellery all around. Absolutely pleased with the service and product - exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back and recommend to my friends.

Very happy with the ring alteration I had undertaken and was ready a lot sooner than I was told. Only little thing was I had to ask for the gold back that was removed from the band - odd as never have had to before with other places I have used in the past.
