I left 2 diamond rings for valuations, and was assured it would be ready the following Tuesday after 4.00 pm, and to my disappointment after driving down there to collect the valuations for insurance purposes, I was told it had not been done. A phone call that morning or email to say it was not done and not to travel to the Brookvale store would have been efficient caring and professionalism.

I came into Dracakis with only a slight hope that I would achieve my goal. After several minutes chatting with Elly, about my purpose, and the difficulty with finding loose Peridot to select for a pendant, or ring, she offered to bring several loose stones from the 'other' store in Mosman. These arrived next day. I was notified, and went into the store for the next stage. This involved choosing the stone, setting, and chain. Elly had excellent ideas; the stones were lovely, and the rose gold chain very pretty, and a little different from most chains. She gave me technical advice on the stones, and the setting, and ordered the longer chain I wanted. the result was a lovely, tasteful pendant that I love. I feel that Elly would be an asset to a client wanting tasteful and elegant jewellery pieces. I really enjoyed working with her gentle and considerate manner, and knowledge. Previously at Dracakis, I 'worked' with Michelle. I bought two pairs of drop pearl earrings in a gold and cream pearl which are simple and classical. The courteous attention from Dracakis assistants was commendable! sorry I'm a technophobe and cant upload photographs.
