A Good services! The communication was slow! Advice: Make the communication by email much faster!

I ordered a Kanken bag which was £10 cheaper than Kanken’s own website. I was a bit concerned when Blueberry Brands didn’t send a tracking link like they said they would. After 7 days I contacted them to chase my delivery and they replied the same day with a tracking link. The goods arrived a couple of days later and I’m pleased to say it was a genuine product.

-On the site it says "Once the payment is confirmed, the items are sent in 24 hours" - In my case it took 4 days (I got the email) -Estimated Delivery Time for the UK & EU is 5-8 working days - It´s being 11 working days and my order is still in transit EDIT: Their customer service is good and they get instantly in contact to solve the problem
