I wish I'd read these reviews first. I had an email thanking for purchase, that I'd receive another with tracking info. Which i didn't receive. Nor did I receive a response to my request for it. My Salomon shoes did arrive. I have very little faith they actually are genuine Salomon shoes. I have tried numerous pairs of this style on and worn them for years. They do not feel right and are missing so of the less obvious details. The lack of response from BlueberryBrands adds to the feeling that there is something not right.Very disappointed.

Very happy with the my Prada glasses , but I did have to contact customer services prior to delivery on a couple of occasions, due to no confirmation email of delivery and I’m not on my own reading a few more reviews, also when you ring the phone number on the site it doesn’t exist, from placing my order to receiving it took about a week.

Great service delivered quicker than expected and love my glasses. Even better I saved myself 78.00.

Many thanks for keeping me updated about the tracking of the delivery, because when the Spanish postal office "tried" (I cannot know) the delivery at home, they didn't give me a notice that they have tried the delivery, so it was only for your email notifications that I knew they have tried the delivery (or they were supposed to have tried) and I could contact them and acknowledge that my parcel was available for me to pick up it. Besides when I went to pickup it I dind't have to sign or even to show my identity card (they said it was not needed), so otherwise 2 things could have happened: the parcel could have been returned to you or "someone else" could have made the reception of my packet without my or your knowledge.

I was initially a little concerned about the aggressive pricing and overseas shipping but ended up very pleased.
