No delays in delivery Quality Sunglasses

I chose Blueberrybrands as they had the make, style and colour I was looking for at a reasonable price. The trainers arrived about a week after being ordered and within the delivery window I had been given. Happy chappy.

Online description states the are gortex, however unlike my previous pairs this is not stated on boots themselves. Emailed for clarification, received no response Unimpressed sadly

I’d never shopped on this site before so always a little dubious! But the price of the Havaiana’s on this site were so impressive I gave it a go! Ordered two pairs and they were delivered really quickly and were amazing quality. May even order some more!😄 paid almost £10 extra for a pair of these in selfridges last year so grabbed a bargain!

I recently ordered 2 pairs of Merrell boots from this company. The money was taken immediately and I got a confirmation email. I tried to contact the company on the uk number , but it was not working. I have also tried to contact them by email. I was suspicious and reported the transaction to my bank. Much to my surprise the boots turned up , I now want to return one pair so I have requested a returns label. I am still waiting to get some response from this company ........ I would advise anyone not to buy anything from this company until you can contact them. 13/05/2019 everything has been sorted out now. The company finally contacted me and explained that they had been having some technical difficulties.I received a returns label and a refund and an apology from the company. This was my reply to them: Thank you for your email. I will now change the review. I am happy with the way that you have sorted out this problem, but it is such a shame that it happened in the first place. When things like this happen we are very concerned that it is a scam and so I think that in order to preserve the reputation of your company , you must not let this happen in the future. I placed an order a week ago for a pair of boots the money has been taken out of my account but yet to receive the boots! IV had confirmation email which stated I would receive another email once despatched with tracking info but I have never received this. The phone number supplied does not work I have messaged several times with regards to my order and still I have had no responce. Extremely disappointed and £89 out of pocket. I don't want this to happen to anyone else

The Burberry sunglasses I purchased were knockoffs and missing a few key features: - The "Burberry" stamped inside the frames was not in the official Burberry font. (A mistake an authentic manufacturer would never make) - No serial number etched into the lense - The information booklet was missing I emailed a representative with my concerns after I noticed my package was shipped from Israel, even though Blueberry is listed as located in the UK, and Burberry glasses are manufactired in Italy. Though they assured me the sunglasses were authentic, upon inspection I found the inconsistencies mentioned above. Though the return and refund was quick and seamless, I am disappointed I had to pay return shipping costs out of pocket for an item that was falsely advertised. I should have heeded the other claims of counterfeit merchandise from other reviewers. *Review re-submitted to include Verified Order Badge

Lunettes Okley commandées jamais arrivées. Ça doit être des fausses. Le colis est bloqué à la douane depuis 12 jours qui ne me répond pas non plus. Au début quand je voulais comprendre ce qui se passait blueberry brands me répondait et depuis que je leur ai dit que seuls eux pouvaient débloquer la situation et que je voulais qu’ils le remboursent plus aucune réponse malgré les nombreuses relances. En plus il prétendent être de Grande Bretagne mais sont en Israël. A éviter absolument
