Fast shipping...item as described. It takes some time to get through customs as inventory is shipped from Israel, but savings and selection more than compensate for time factor. I asked question via email as to when they would shop, and customer support got right back to me with information. Great experience!

FAKE SHOES! Do not deal with this business. They publish a UK number which goes dead and send shoddy goods. Brought some timberlands and they are made of plastic and card board. Terrible.

Overall good service and product

Purchased due to positive reviews although am Very disappointed with quality of Havaianas flip flops. Came in a package from Israel (???) and were covered in some form of white ‘dust’. It’s more or less washed off although quality of product on delivery was poor. I attributed this to low price (£17 approx) and couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of requesting exchange given that package came from abroad. I’m not 100% convinced product is genuine. Cannot comment on after sales service as didn’t attempt to access this hence the 3* rating. Purchase with caution.

On the package it said that the value of the item was $15 usd when in fact £100 gbp this got me a bit 50/50 whether the item was real or a fake, a professional company wouldn’t do that and just pay the tax.
