I easily found the product I needed ,no problems with payment or delivery. Clear instructions on the pvc " fake " greenhouse glass I ordered .I also ordered some 2 ( ? )years ago & its still good . Don't need to paint shading on it either as it doesn't let too much sun in .Will order more as my elderly glass breaks .

Delivered promptly and in good order. Telephone query was quickly answered. Acrylic panes ideal for greenhouse. Only criticism would be that it would be better to have more sizes to choose from.

I ordered some new wheels and perspex for the old greenhouse in our new house, the order arrived within 2 days, brilliant - highly recommended.

Now that the greenhouse is up, it is great. We were a bit daunted by the instruction manual but if one follows the instructions logically there are no problems. It was delivered promptly to the exact position in the garden that we wanted it taking us one short day to erect & half a day to glaze. I would recommend opening all the boxes & taking out & reading all the instructions before you prepare the ground. (my husband failed to do this and gave himself some unnecessary work)

Payment, delivery, timescale - all superb. We had to wait on weather and time off to get the base area ready, and then we came to the assembly - the instructions were AWFUL! We ended up pretty much ignoring them as half the aluminium parts were not stamped with their appropriate part No's! Despite this it took my fella and I about a day and a half to get it together and glazed - it would have been done in a day with better instructions. Extremely pleased with the finished greenhouse - overall 5 stars - dropped to 4 stars only for the instructions!

order greenhouse in April .came end of May to which parts were missing email you on 1/06/ 2013 to whch i am sitll waiting had to phone you on the 3/06/2013 and ask for missing parts to be sent was told someone w ould phone me its now the 6/06 2013 and still no call i have all the glass in my garden where you left it i just hope that it does not get damage because i now have to wait for missing parts

Purchased some replacement polypropelyn sheets for my greenhouse as 2/3rds of the glass had been broken when high winds picked up a sun lounger and it hit at the junction of the front and side of the greenhouse. Service was excellent, delivery prompt and the sheeting was easy to fit, (much easier than glass). Also easy to cut for those awkward corners where the front and back meet the roof. It's also stronger than glass so should be less prone to damage. Tomatoes, beans and fuschia's all happy in their new home.
