Bought some polycarb sheets to replace glass panes in the greenhouse (football damage from the kids!) Ordered, delivered and fitted without a hitch. Decent website, prompt delivery and product description was 'spot on'. I will be using this supplier again before getting in the car to go to the DIY stores.

Delivery driver great. Very Helpful, great service. Some parts missing. We were promised they would be sent through and are still waiting. Zero rating for customer service, think our phone call ended up in the waste bin. Go on prove me wrong! bet you can't trace any record of phone call! same old story, 'nod your head for feedback but do nothing about it when received' Prove me wrong, give me some follow up on this opinion.

Product as described, fast delivery

Product accurately described and efficientlyt despatched. Good quality product at an excellent price compared to anything I could source locally. Lady I spoke to via telephone was extremely helpful and polite.

The 1st grow house to arrive had 2 broken panels, but within 1 hour of contacting the company, a replacement was in hand, and arrived 2 days later, with no quibbles... Relatively easy to put together, but some of the screws are of low quality (and hence sheared off when screwed into the hard wood). Happy with the end result though.

I ordered wooden staging for a greenhouse but after 2 weeks I contacted Greenhouse Warehouse to enquire on delivery. They responded immediately and advised that the goods were to be shipped from the supplier and apologised for the delay. Within an hour I received an update advising a delivery date and I was sent a dripper system free of charge as compensation for the delay. This was offered without any prompting on my part and demonstrates that Greenhouse Warehouse takes customer satisfaction seriously. I am very impressed with them and the delay in receiving the staging does not cause any major inconvenience. Although I did expect to recieve the goods within a week or so, they were obviously not to blame and were very prompt amd honourable in taking care of the issue. I would recommend Greenhouse Warehouse as a reliable, competent and trustworthy company to deal with.

Delivery was really fast and the assembley was fairly easy, me and the wife took about a day to construct. We are really pleased with our purchase and would recommend the company to all.

I had seen what I was looking for on ebay, but had a question about the detail. On ringing the company, I was given all of the information I needed to make the right choice on my purchases. I was so impressed that I bought directly from the company instead of going through ebay.
